Voronoi to Present VRN11 and VRN10 Data at WCLC 2026... Demonstrating Global Competitiveness
2026.09.01
■ Professor Myung-Ju Ahn, Chair of WCLC 2026, to present VRN11 clinical data in a Mini Oral session
■ A total of six studies on key pipeline programs to be released, including four on VRN11 and two on VRN10
■ Showcasing pipeline competitiveness to global researchers with both clinical and preclinical data

Voronoi (310210) announced on the 1st that it will release the latest research data on its key pipeline programs, VRN11 and VRN10, at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026), to be held in Seoul from the 12th to the 15th of this month.

Professor Myung-Ju Ahn, Chair of WCLC 2026, will personally present the clinical data on VRN11 in a Mini Oral session. In addition, five poster presentations covering the clinical and preclinical development achievements of VRN11 and VRN10 will be given. Through three studies on VRN11 and two on VRN10, Voronoi plans to showcase the research achievements of its two key pipeline programs to global physicians and researchers.

VRN11 is a next-generation EGFR mutation targeted therapy under development for EGFR mutation non-small cell lung cancer. Clinical trials are currently being expanded in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and elsewhere, targeting not only patients whose disease has progressed after administration of existing EGFR targeted therapies but also treatment-naïve patients. In particular, it is expected to provide a new treatment option for patients with a variety of EGFR mutations, including the EGFR C797S mutation, a major resistance mechanism to existing therapies.

VRN10 is a next-generation HER2 targeted therapy under development for HER2-driven solid tumors, including those with HER2 mutations. It is currently in a Phase 1a clinical trial, and clinical development is proceeding smoothly, with early antitumor activity confirmed in patients with HER2-mutant solid tumors.

Daekwon Kim, CEO of the Research Division of Voronoi, said, "It is highly meaningful that six studies on our key pipeline programs will be presented at WCLC, the world's leading lung cancer and thoracic oncology conference. In particular, as Professor Myung-Ju Ahn, Chair of WCLC, will personally present the clinical data on VRN11 in a Mini Oral session, we expect this to be an important opportunity to inform global physicians and researchers of VRN11's clinical development achievements and differentiated potential."
